Payment questions
What is a credit?
One credit is one unlocked coloring page – a printable PDF with both difficulty levels (Tiny Tot and Schoolkid). Previews and fixes don’t cost a credit.
Do credits expire?
Subscription credits are valid until the end of the month, credit pack credits for 12 months. The ones that expire sooner are always used first.
Subscription or credit pack – which is better value?
If you make coloring pages regularly, a subscription works out cheaper per page. For a one-off occasion – a birthday party or a gift for Grandma – a credit pack is enough.
How do I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the secure Stripe payment gateway. You’ll get a receipt by email.
Can I get an invoice for a company or a kindergarten?
Yes. With the Kindergarten plan we invoice your company or school ID (IČO); with the other plans just add your company details at checkout.
Can I withdraw from a purchase?
We refund unused credits from a credit pack proportionally within 14 days. Unlocked coloring pages can’t be returned – that’s why the preview is free, so you know what you’re paying for.
